In Feb. 2024, HVST GROUP sold a 5t/h biomass pellet line to a Turkish Customer, who wants to process different types of agriculture material, such as hay, saw dust, rice husk, and so on. Since all the materials are dry, so we customize a simple solution for them, including a crushing machine, pelleting machine and cooling tower.
We have tested the plant before shipment, and invited customer to check the quality. The Turkey client is very satisfied about the testing. Then we send engineer to their worksite to finish the installation together.
This plant has been operated in Turkey about half year now. Sometimes we will take video calls with customers to check the machines in working, to ensures everything is perfectly. We’re responsible for all our customers, and will keep providing best services to them.
