Mobile branch crusher is a movable mechanical device used for crushing tree branches. It crushes and processes wooden materials such as branches into smaller sized sawdust or wood chips, and can be easily transferred between different sites for operation, such as in orchards, gardens, forests, and wood processing sites.
(1) Mobile chassis: It is the key difference from fixed equipment, divided into trailer chassis and self-propelled chassis. The former can be transported by vehicle traction, while the latter has its own power, strong maneuverability, and can flexibly shuttle through the work site.
(2) Feeding system: including feeding inlet and feeding device. Large feed inlet, some with funnels for easy reception of tree branches; Feeding devices such as conveyor belts or feeding rollers are responsible for stable feeding.
(3) Crushing host: Similar to the fixed type, it consists of a blade shaft, cutting tools, and crushing chamber. The blade shaft is equipped with sharp cutting tools, which rotate at high speed under the drive of the motor to crush tree branches, and the inner wall of the crushing chamber is wear-resistant.
(4) Discharge system: There are discharge ports and discharge methods. The direction of the discharge port can be adjusted, and the discharge method includes gravity flow or using a blower to deliver the crushed material to the designated location.
(5) Power system: The power source is a diesel engine or an electric motor. The former is suitable for outdoor areas without external power supply, while the latter is environmentally friendly and quiet, and some advanced equipment can switch between dual power.
