An industrial tire shredder machine is built around a heavy-duty dual-shaft cutting system. The main components are designed to handle the rubber, textile and steel reinforcement found in waste passenger, truck and bus tires.
Two counter-rotating shafts grip the tire and pull it into the shredding chamber. The low-speed, high-torque design provides strong tearing force while reducing unnecessary high-speed impact during tire processing.
Wear-resistant alloy blades are mounted along the two shafts to tear waste tires into rubber chips. Blade thickness, spacing and arrangement can be selected according to the required tire chip size and processing capacity.

A standalone shredder is suitable when the main requirement is to reduce whole waste tires into manageable tire chips for storage, transportation or later processing.
A screening and return conveyor can be added when more consistent output size is required. Oversized tire pieces are automatically returned for another shredding cycle instead of being discharged with finished material.
