Project Location: Singapore
Project Type: Waste tire recycling & steel wire separation
Main Equipment: Tire strip cutting & block cutting integrated machine, steel wire crushing machine, steel wire separation machine
our client from Singapore, Mr. Lim, contacted us after conducting extensive research on waste tire recycling solutions suitable for the local market. Singapore has limited land resources, strict environmental regulations, and a stable supply of end-of-life tires generated from logistics fleets, public transport, and industrial vehicles.
After several rounds of technical discussions and layout planning, the client decided to invest in a compact yet efficient tire recycling production line, focusing on tire size reduction and steel wire recovery rather than full pyrolysis or rubber powder processing.
Based on the client’s requirements and site conditions, the following production line was supplied and installed:
Tire Strip Cutting & Block Cutting Integrated Machine
Processes whole tires into uniform rubber strips and blocks
Reduces labor input and improves cutting efficiency
Designed for stable continuous operation
Further processes tire beads and rubber blocks
Effectively releases embedded steel wires
High-efficiency magnetic separation
Produces clean steel wire suitable for direct sale to scrap recyclers
The machines were shipped in standard containers and installed under our remote technical guidance combined with on-site local support.
Installation period: 10 working days
Trial run: Successful on first commissioning
Output quality met design expectations
After the production line entered stable operation:
Waste tires were processed into rubber blocks and clean steel wire
Steel wire recovery rate significantly improved
Operating costs remained low due to simple mechanical structure
Recovered steel wire achieved good market prices in Singapore
Thanks to the strong local demand for recycled steel and the steady supply of waste tires, the client achieved fast return on investment and is now planning to expand the line with downstream rubber processing equipment.
“The machines are compact, reliable, and very suitable for Singapore’s industrial environment. The cutting efficiency and steel wire separation performance exceeded our expectations.”
This successful installation demonstrates how a modular tire recycling solution—centered on cutting, crushing, and steel separation—can deliver strong economic returns in space-constrained and regulation-intensive markets like Singapore.
