This tire recycling line adopts a mechanical processing solution, consisting of the following core machines:
Automatic Tire Bead Removal Machine – fully removes both tire beads, reducing manual labor and improving safety
Steel Rim Separator – efficiently separates steel rims from tire bodies
TS-1500 Tire Shredder – heavy-duty shredding of whole tires into uniform rubber chips
Rotary Disc Screen – screens shredded material to ensure consistent particle size
315 Steel Wire Separator – deeply removes residual steel wire from rubber chips
Each machine operates in coordination, ensuring smooth material flow and stable production.
After processing, the line produces:
Clean rubber chips / rubber mulch
Separated steel wire with high recovery rate
The rubber output is suitable for:
Further granulation and rubber powder production
Modified asphalt and road construction
Rubber flooring, mats, and molded rubber products
Pyrolysis feedstock
Steel wire can be directly collected and sold as recyclable scrap.
During on-site installation and commissioning, the entire line was tested under continuous operation. The system achieved its designed capacity of 8 tons per hour, operating smoothly with low vibration and stable output quality.
The customer carefully inspected machine structure, shredding performance, separation efficiency, power configuration, and final output materials, and expressed high satisfaction with the overall performance and reliability of the recycling line.
