The Rubber Miller (also known as a fine grinding mill) is the final processing stage in a complete tire recycling system. It refines pre-processed rubber granules into ultra-fine rubber powder, providing a consistent particle size suitable for a wide range of industrial applications such as rubber modification, molded products, and asphalt additives.
Fine Grinding Mills are capable of processing 500~5,000 kg/h (or higher), depending on input size, rubber hardness, and mesh target. By utilizing a continuous grinding system, they deliver high output efficiency with reduced maintenance and energy consumption compared to conventional granulators.

The Fine Grinding Mill, also known as a Cracker Mill, is the final processing stage in a complete tire recycling line. It is designed to convert pre-sized crumb rubber into ultra-fine rubber powder through high-shear mechanical grinding. Operating with stable torque and precision-engineered rollers, the mill produces consistent particle size and high-quality powder suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
High Precision Grinding – Produces uniform fine rubber powder with controlled mesh size between 30 and 120.
Continuous Operation – The high-speed grinding system supports uninterrupted production and consistent output.
Durable Design – Equipped with wear-resistant alloy components and replaceable grinding plates for extended service life.
Flexible Output Control – Adjustable parameters allow operators to fine-tune powder fineness according to end-use requirements.
Low Noise & Vibration – Advanced rotor balance and sound insulation provide stable, quiet operation in industrial environments.

This high-speed milling unit is designed to reduce 1–6 mm rubber granules into fine powder ranging from 30 to 120 mesh (≈2.0 – 0.177 mm), depending on production requirements. The precision-engineered grinding tray operates at high rotational speed, allowing for continuous processing and high output stability.
During operation, the material is fed into the mill chamber, where fixed and moving grinding plates work together to shear and crush the granules into micron-sized particles. Oversized material is automatically recirculated until the desired fineness is achieved, ensuring uniform powder quality and minimal waste.
