Rubber Powder Production Line

Rubber powder line is designed to mill waste tires into high quality and incontaminated 20~100 mesh fine powder.

• Application: rubber tiles, reclaimed rubber, water proofing material, rubberized asphalt, insulation material, etc.

1. Primary Tire Shredder

Shreds whole tires into 50–150mm rubber chips for further processing.

2. Rasper Machine

Reduces rubber chips into 10–30mm pieces and removes steel wires.

3. Granulator

Grinds 10–30mm material into 1–5mm rubber granules.

4. Fine Miller / Turbo Mill

Mills 1–5mm granules into 20–100 mesh fine powder with high purity.

5. Magnetic & Fiber Separation (Optional)

Ensures steel-free and fiber-free final powder.

• Tire Feeding – Whole tires are loaded into the shredder.

• Primary Shredding – Tires are converted into rough rubber chips.

• Rasping – Chips reduced to 10–30mm rubber pieces; steel removed.

• Granulation – Material refined to 1–5mm granules.

• Fine Milling – Granules milled to 20–100 mesh fine powder.

• Purification – Magnetic and fiber separators ensure uncontaminated powder.

• Final Packaging – Clean rubber powder ready for manufacturing or blending.
