Recently, we successfully exported a complete tire recycling and rubber powder production line to a customer in Angola. The system is designed to process waste tires into 5–40 mesh rubber powder for industrial applications such as rubber tiles and modified asphalt.
This project is a typical example of how we provide customized solutions based on customer requirements, including raw material size, final product specification, and local power standards.

Our Angola customer required:
The customer aimed to produce stable, high-quality rubber powder for resale and downstream applications.
Based on the customer’s requirements, we designed a complete processing system including shredding, grinding, and separation stages.
Waste tires are first processed by a tire shredder machine to produce rubber chips, followed by steel separation.
The core equipment of this project is the XKP-400 rubber cracking mill, used to grind rubber granules into fine powder.
Main configuration:
To achieve precise rubber powder grading, the system includes a multi-stage vibrating screening system:
This configuration ensures uniform particle size and flexible production of both rubber granules and fine powder.
Waste tires → Tire Shredder → Rasper → Granulator → Rubber Cracking Mill → Magnetic Separation → Fiber Separation → Vibrating Screen → Final Rubber Powder
With this configuration, the system can continuously process waste tires into 5–40 mesh rubber powder with stable output.
The system is now running smoothly with stable output and high customer satisfaction.
This Angola project demonstrates how a complete tire recycling line can achieve:
If you are looking for a complete tire recycling machine or rubber powder production line, we can provide customized solutions based on your requirements.
