Rubber mulch line is designed to produce 10~30 mm wire free rubber mulch from the waste tires.

• Application: landscape filler, artificial turf filler, ground filler, pyrolysis, tire derived fuel.

1. Primary Tire Shredder

The shredder cuts whole tires into smaller 50–150mm chips for further processing.

2. Rasper Machine

The rasper further reduces tire chips into 10–30mm rubber mulch, while separating the embedded steel wires.

• 1. Feeding
     Whole tires are loaded into the shredder.

  2. Primary Shredding
     Tires are cut into 50–150mm rubber chips.

  3. Rasping
     The rasper reduces chips to 10–30mm mulch while removing steel wires.

  4. Magnetic Separation
     Extracts remaining steel for cleaner final product and saleable scrap metal.

  5. Final Output
     Produces uniform, wire-free rubber mulch ready for bagging, landscaping, turf infill, or energy applications.
